My...Slouchy hats are funny to work with the shape. My guess is you'll like it a bit longer so it slouches more. The kids pattern I made had a pom pom on the end which weighted the hat so it naturally slouched. You could block it longer then add a stitch or two to attach in at the base of the neck?...just an idea. You've got several good ones!
