As I mentioned on Wednesday, I don't have a FO this week, due to working on a blanket, and now starting a scarf (yes, another one!). Not the kind of projects you can finish quickly, but I promise to have something finished next week!
I hope everyone has a fabulous weekend. I'll be busy crocheting/knitting and painting my living room/dining room.
Share your FOs!
I rarely have an FO to finish...I can't wait to see your blanket.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy painting your living room/dining room. Whew. I am sure you would much rather knitting!
ReplyDeleteHope you have a lovely weekend and you get lots done.
ReplyDeleteHave a fun weekend!
ReplyDeleteI really hope we get pics of the new paint job! Blankets really do take a lot of time, don't they? Maybe next week...
ReplyDeleteOi I hear you on the scarf thing. Take me forever! I am yet to complete a big regular sized blanket but it's on my list for this year. I'm actually excited and now that I think about it, there's actually two on my list.
ReplyDeleteGood luck with all your painting!!!!! We'll have to be doing that relatively soon. <3
ReplyDeleteHey, I posted this week!
ReplyDeletePlease come paint at my house when you're done :-)
ReplyDeleteI have one room that we painted in 2001, but never finished the trim.
For what it's worth, a painted bathroom totally counts as an FO, IMHO. Happy weekend!
ReplyDeleteI agree wholeheartedly...not quick projects to finish!!!
ReplyDeleteI am cheating this week, it's not an FO in the strictest sense of the word...
ReplyDeleteWonderWhyGal, I think it bugs me that I haven't had a lot lately because for awhile there, I had a FO every week!
ReplyDeleteTamara, you're totally right! Though, the painting is rewarding at least.
CraftyCripple, thank you! Have a great weekend as well.
Autumngeisha, thank you! You too.
Unforth, Yes, I will post pics once everything is painted and back up on the walls. :) Blankets seem to be never ending. Ack.
mutantsupermodel, awesome! Blankets are fun. I still haven't finished my ice cream blanket either. :( I hope to finish both soon.
Michelle, thank you! At least picking out colors is fun.
Lily, thanks for participating this week! :)
Marushka, that's okay. It took us about 2 years to get the baseboards up in our downstairs. LOL
Kathleen, exactly! We went REALLY bright this time, so it should be nice and cheery!
Paula, shoot! I should have TOTALLY taken pics of the bathroom as my FO! ;)
Dina, seriously, I almost want to start something fast just to finish something! LOL
Tink, that's okay! The more the merrier.
Good luck with the painting! When I have a big project going like a blanket or sweater, I usually "cheat" on it and do a couple quick little projects, just for the satisfaction of finishing something : ) Happy weekend!
ReplyDeleteDayna, thank you! I think I may have to "cheat" but then, it will only make those projects longer. I wish I could knit/crochet more than one project at a time, as in at the same sitting. LOL I need another pair of hands.
ReplyDeleteYou're not alone in having something finished on Friday, though...thinking back I think I actually did finish something; maybe that was the previous Friday. lol memory
ReplyDeleteGood luck with your project
Sandy
Thanks Sandy!
