Work in Progress Wednesday 109
This won't be the best WIPW post I've ever written, I can assure you that. Not only am I tired, but I'm not working on anything too exciting.
You see, this is the second Doctor Who sock I started long long ago. What happened to the green ones you ask? Well, since it was the premiere of the new season of The Doctor, I thought it was only fitting I work on this again. Also, it's totally mindless (once I put in the waste yarn for the after thought heel). As you can see, I'm working on finishing the toe and then just need to knit the second toe....errrr, heel. I'm sure you'll be seeing these bad boys on FO Friday this week! That's right THREE FRIDAYS IN A ROW (and I haven't even cheated!).
That's it for me today (tonight?). I hope you all have a fabulous day. Tomorrow (Thursday), I'm taking a trip with a few of my friends to a couple of yarn stores in southern California. I'm sure I'll be Instagraming some pics of our journey so follow me @candyskein.
For those that are new to WIPW, to share your WIPW post with us, just fill out the Mr. Linky below. Despite it saying you must comment, don't feel as if you do. That is something Mr. Linky automatically adds. I just ask you to check out a few of the links posted to see what everyone else is working on and comment there if you can. Everyone loves feedback and a little encouragement on their projects! Also, please link back to this post in your post to get the word out! The more the merrier!

Self striping yarn is the bomb. And how cool was the season premiere! Did you see the little mini-episodes of Pond Life in the week leading up to the season opener? Ood. On the loo. :)ReplyDelete

Oh, those of you lucky people who get BBC America!! Who knows how long it will be before it shows up on Netflix....ReplyDelete
I'm jealous of your SoCal yarn store adventures. I've only been to a few here in the Bay Area...ReplyDelete
