I'm very excited to announce that I have added a new color to the Candy Skein line! I thought it would be fun to dye the new color in three different bases so you can see how the same dye takes to the different fibers.

I bring to you Candy Skein's new color, Blue Snow Cone. It's a gorgeous light blue with small specks of lavender that is breathtaking, especially in the Delicious series which has a purple/pink halo.

Hi everyone! I am so excited about this post today. I get to finally share my new line of sock yarn to Candy Skein, Tempting Sock. This yarn is one of the softest sock yarns I've ever felt, as the base is 80% Merino superwash/10% Cashmere/10% Nylon. The cashmere gives this yarn an amazing softness and squish that you'll want to bury yourself in. The merino is top notch, as it is in Yummy fingering and the nylon gives the yarn great durability. I can't say enough about the yarn! I've added it to the Candy Skein database, which you can find here. It's available in 10 colors today, but I will be adding more soon. I will also custom dye, as I do with all of my yarn.


I also wanted to announce that Candy Skein will have mini skeins available starting next Thursday! The first assorted kit will include 8 different colorways, 5 grams, 20-23 yards each. They will be for sale for $10 for the whole set, plus s/h. If you've always wanted to try Candy Skein yarn, or are working on the Beekeeper's Quilt or a Sock Blanket, this kit will be perfect!
