Candy Skein: Update to Yummy Fingering/New Permanent Colorway!

Hi everyone! I hope you had a fabulous 4th of July! We didn't do much, but it was great to just relax with my husband and eat amazing food off the grill!

I'm writing today because I have a large update to the Yummy fingering section of the Candy Skein shop, as well as a new colorway added to the Candy Skein permanent colorway collection!

The big updated to the Yummy fingering section includes Blackberry, Blue Cotton Candy,  Midnight Mousse, Purple Marshmallow, Robin Egg Malt Ball, Midnight Mousse, Spearmint, Grape Fizz, Neapolitan Ice Cream and Party Punch.

I'm also VERY excited to announce a new colorway to the Candy Skein permanent collection, Rainbow Fruit Chews! This colorway is so fun as it has all the colors of the rainbow! It's perfect for fun socks, shawls and clothes for kids and adults alike! Currently in stock in Yummy fingering, but will dye in all weights/bases.

Click here to purchase any of the available colorways in Yummy fingering!

    1. Thanks, Nikki. I'll try and start something with it this weekend! Maybe another Trillian!

  2. Lovely!

How many skeins would I need to make a pair of socks and matching shawl (one of the small ones for the shoulder)? I want to buy some yarn for a friend of mine.

    1. Thank you! Two would be safe, but you'd have a little left over. Socks take about 400 yards on average for one pair (the yarn is 465 yards) and shawls vary depending on pattern, but one skein for the shawl would be enough. :)

    1. Aww, thank you! I only have a few skeins of it left right now, but will be dyeing more. I'll also be using it for a project to show it knit up soon.
